Cum cumpar?

Comanzile cu livrare la domiciliu se pot plasa telefonic sau online.

  • Comandă online

Produsul pe care doriți să îl comandati poate fi găsit fie prin utilizarea meniului din partea de sus a paginii ce contine categoriile de produse sau prin folosirea câmpului de cautare. Selectați produsele dorite și adăugați-le in coș cu butonul Adaugă in Coș.

După adăugarea in coș a tuturor produselor pe care doriți să le comandați, procesul de cumpărare se continuă prin apăsarea butonului de coș din partea dreapta a paginii și parcurgerea paginii de comandă. In pagina de comandă va trebui să completați următoarele:

  • Metoda de livrare (livrare la adresa sau ridicare personala)
  • Datele comenzii: Nume si prenume, Adresa complete (Localitate, Strada, Numar, Scara, Bloc, etaj, Apartament, Interfon daca e cazul).
  • Metoda de plată: alegeti modalitatea in care veti plăti comanda (NUMERAR CASH la livrarea produselor sau prin CARD online (plata securizata prin Viva Wallet.).

Cu ajutorul numelui de utilizator si a parolei introduse, puteți să vă autentificați pentru a vedea istoricul comenzilor sau stadiul comenzilor actuale, a modifica/sterge profilul dumneavoastră sau a face comenzi ulterioare fără a reintroduce datele de contact. 

Comanda minima: 20 lei.
